These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the White Lotus Rx website and related services offered by White Lotus Health LLC. By using the website, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to agree to these terms, and be physically located in a state where the relevant services are available. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to use the services only for lawful, personal purposes.

White Lotus Rx provides access to administrative and technology services that support telehealth care. Clinical services are provided by independent licensed providers. Use of the website does not create a provider-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when a provider accepts responsibility for your care.

Submitting an intake or purchasing a service does not guarantee a prescription. A licensed provider independently determines whether treatment is medically appropriate. Seek emergency care by calling 911 or visiting the nearest emergency department; this service is not for emergencies.

Prescription products are available only when a licensed provider determines they are appropriate. Prescriptions are filled by licensed U.S. pharmacy partners and shipped directly to you. Product availability, fulfillment times, and delivery estimates may vary.

You authorize the charges shown before checkout, including the plan price shown. Prices may change prospectively. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Cancellation & Refunds policy. We may refuse or cancel an order when required for safety, legal, payment, availability, or fraud-prevention reasons.

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to promptly update contact information. Electronic notices may be delivered to the email address you provide. Text messages are governed by the SMS Terms and require separate consent.

The website and its content are owned by or licensed to White Lotus Health LLC. You may use them only for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content at scale, impersonate another person, or use the service in violation of law.

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
