Your decision about care

You have the right to understand a proposed treatment, its expected benefits, material risks, reasonable alternatives, and the option not to proceed. Your licensed provider will determine which information is relevant to your individual circumstances and answer your questions.

Provider review

Visits happen through a secure telehealth platform. Your licensed provider reviews your intake before any prescription is issued. No prescription is guaranteed. Your provider may decline treatment, recommend another option, request records or testing, or direct you to in-person care.

Medication risks

All medications can cause side effects, allergic reactions, interactions, or unexpected outcomes. Risks may be more serious when health information is incomplete. Read all product and pharmacy materials, use medication only as directed, and promptly report side effects or health changes.

Compounded medications

When a compounded medication is prescribed, you understand that compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality before marketing. A provider will determine whether a compounded option is appropriate for you.
