Consumer Health Data Privacy

This policy supplements the Privacy Policy and applies to consumer health data covered by state consumer health privacy laws. Consumer health data may include information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to a consumer and relates to physical or mental health, health conditions, treatment, medications, reproductive or sexual health, or efforts to obtain health services.

We may collect consumer health data directly from you, your device, service providers, licensed providers, and pharmacy partners. We use it to provide requested services, facilitate care and fulfillment, maintain safety and security, communicate with you, comply with law, and carry out purposes you authorize.

We may disclose consumer health data to licensed providers, pharmacy partners, vendors that support our services, parties you direct, and authorities or professional advisers when legally necessary. We do not sell consumer health data without authorization.

Depending on your state, you may have rights to confirm whether we collect or disclose consumer health data, access it, receive a list of third parties, withdraw consent, or request deletion. We may verify your identity and may deny a request where permitted by law. You may appeal a denial by replying to our decision.
