You are not charged unless a licensed provider approves treatment. If you're not approved, you're not charged and nothing ships.

Because prescription products are prepared or dispensed for an individual patient, orders generally cannot be returned or refunded after provider approval, pharmacy processing, shipment, or delivery, except where required by law or when an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipped medication can't be returned. If a package is damaged or lost, contact support.

Contact us promptly to request cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after provider or pharmacy processing begins. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect deliveries promptly with relevant order details so the issue can be reviewed.
