Personalized care, reviewed by a licensed provider
Personalized care, reviewed by a licensed provider. A licensed provider decides if treatment is right for you. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Treatment is not assured. No charge unless a provider approves
Compounded medication. Prescription required. Compounded medications are prepared by a state-licensed pharmacy for an individual patient under a prescription from a licensed provider. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not commercially manufactured products. The FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness or quality, and they are not equivalent to any FDA-approved brand-name product. White Lotus Rx is a telehealth platform. It is not a pharmacy and does not compound or manufacture medications.

Good to know
Questions, answered.
How does care begin?
Choose a product and complete a private eligibility review. A licensed provider reviews your information before any prescription is issued.
Does eligibility mean I receive a prescription?
No. Prescription products are available only when a licensed provider determines they are appropriate.
What is included?
Your selected product, provider review, and ongoing check-ins are included. Shipping is included.
Where is care available?
Care is currently available in 47 states + DC. Your state is checked during eligibility and checkout.
How are prescriptions filled?
Prescriptions are filled by licensed U.S. pharmacy partners and shipped directly to you.
What if treatment is not right for me?
No charge unless a licensed provider approves treatment. If you're not approved, you're not charged and nothing ships.
Who prescribes it?
After you complete a short medical intake, a licensed provider from LocumTele, LLC reviews it, usually within 24 to 48 hours, and decides whether treatment is appropriate for you.
This is not for emergencies. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
